In this study, system dynamics are applied to the economic modelling of the city of Santander (Spain) to analyse the profitability of investment in ecosystem restoration and in both green and blue infrastructure.

In a first, we quantify the socio-economic flood savings provided by mangroves every km across their entire 700,000 km distribution in 59 countries.
